The VWell™ trip is specifically designed to provide you with preventative healthcare that is consistent with modern guidelines for your age and gender. At all of our locations, you will be taken care of by expert physicians from internationally accredited hospitals. For the medical checkup portion of the VWell™ trip, you can choose from 2 different medical packages. They will vary in pricing and the number of preformed tests.

Basic Plan

  • Meet with a trusted general physician, who will talk with you about your health history, lifestyle, and any current concerns you have. This is your chance to ask questions and get personalized advice. A routine checkup like this can help you catch small health issues before they become big ones, and it’s one of the easiest ways to stay on top of your long-term well-being.

  • We check your blood to see how some of your most important body systems are functioning. These tests help uncover hidden imbalances or deficiencies that can affect your energy, mood, and overall health. Here's what we check and why it matters:

These tests are about knowing what’s going on inside, so you can feel your best on the outside.

  • These painless imaging and screening tools let us see how your heart, lungs, and key organs are doing, especially important if you don’t have symptoms but want peace of mind.

Even if you feel fine, these tests can help confirm that everything is working as it should or offer a head start on treatment if needed.

  • After your tests, you’ll meet again with your doctor to go over your results. They’ll explain what everything means in simple terms and help you understand what to do next, whether that’s a small lifestyle tweak or just a high five for staying healthy. The goal is clarity, confidence, and control over your health.

Premium Plan

  • Just like in the Basic Plan, you'll start with a personalized consultation with a general physician. This is your chance to talk through your health history, daily habits, and any concerns you may have. It’s not just a routine visit, it’s a proactive conversation that helps you stay ahead of potential issues and tailor your wellness path to your lifestyle.

  • In addition to the full panel of tests in the Basic Plan, the Premium Plan gives you even more insight with a few targeted blood markers that are especially helpful for adults in their 30s, 40s, and beyond.

    • Serum Calcium – important for strong bones and healthy nerve and muscle function.

    • Serum Magnesium – supports heart rhythm, muscle recovery, and sleep quality.

    • Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) – recommended for men over 40, this can detect early changes in prostate health before symptoms arise.

These additions help round out a more complete picture of your body’s balance and can catch subtle changes that impact your long-term wellness.

  • The Premium Plan builds on the solid foundation of the Basic Plan by including advanced imaging and screenings—especially valuable for those in mid-life or anyone wanting a deeper look at their health status.

    • Mammography (for women 40+) – an essential screening tool to detect early signs of breast cancer when it's most treatable.

    • Stress Test (recommended for ages 30+) – checks how your heart performs under activity; helpful for identifying cardiovascular risks early.

    • Abdominal Ultrasound – a painless scan of your liver, kidneys, pancreas, and other organs to catch potential issues like cysts, stones, or inflammation.

    • Bioimpedance – measures body fat, muscle mass, and hydration levels; a helpful tracker for weight management and overall fitness.

    • Bone Densitometry (for women 40+) – screens for bone loss and risk of osteoporosis, especially important as we age.

    • Carotid Doppler (recommended for 40+) – looks at blood flow in the neck arteries to assess risk of stroke and cardiovascular disease.

These tests are about prevention, clarity, and empowering you with the kind of information that helps you live better—not just longer.

  • A professional dental cleaning removes plaque, tartar, and stains, helping prevent gum disease, bad breath, and tooth decay. It’s an easy way to protect both your smile and your overall health—since poor oral health can also impact heart health.

  • A general eye checkup that assesses your vision, screens for eye strain, and detects early signs of conditions like glaucoma, cataracts, or macular degeneration. Great for anyone with blurry vision, headaches, or time spent staring at screens.

  • After all the testing is complete, your physician will walk you through every result—clearly and thoroughly. Whether it’s just confirmation that all is well or a few early warnings that need attention, you’ll leave with confidence, a plan, and real insight into your health. No guesswork, just clarity.

Additional Testing

If there are some tests that you would like to have that are not included in our basic or premium plan, please send us an email and we can arrange them for you if available.
